Great location for travelling into London, train station only a 5 minute walk away. Toiletries not provided despite listing stating they are.

Comfortable, spacious, clean and very close to the bright lights of Potters Bar- We used the place for a small family gathering as it is about halfway between our two homes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we would certainly visit again.
The accommodation was clean, relaxing and comfortable. The amenities nearby were ideal - Sainsburys, Greggs, Costa’s, Wetherspoons and rail station within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for our next Harry Potter Studios adventure.
Darryll and Demi were so kind and responsive! We appreciated staying at their home and most importantly, whatever we needed they were available to help.
It is wonderful and I will choose it again next time. But the key is collected in a keynest in spar , I think it could be better if the key could be collect in a key box with password.
